International Electronic Notarization
(Digital eSignatures & Seal)
Service Description
An electronic notarization is a type of notarial act performed by a commissioned electronic notary public using his or her electronic seal and electronic signature on electronic documents. How does it work? 1. After booking your appointment, you’ll receive a confirmation email with the details of your appointment and a link to your meeting page. 2. On the meeting page, you’ll upload your unsigned documents and complete automated ID verification. 3. During your meeting, you will need to manually verify your ID and electronically sign your documents. 4. Once all signers have signed, the notary will place his/her electronic seal on the document(s). All signers will receive the final notarized copy via email once it is complete. Note(s): ** Although these are US-based documents, all signers must be physically located OUTSIDE of the US during the notarization. **
